Refund Policy

1. The promise

14 days, no questions. Full refund on any purchase (Pro subscription or credit pack) within 14 days of the original charge.

2. After 14 days

Monthly Pro: No refund for the past month. Cancellation stops future billing immediately and you keep Pro until the end of the period.
Annual Pro: Prorated refund for the unused portion, minus a 5% processing fee.
Credit packs: Refundable only if unused (no credits spent from the pack).

3. How to request

From /billing → "Manage" → "Request refund", handled by Paddle.
Or email support@wrapped.hive.spot, we process within 3 business days.

4. Refund timing

Once approved, refunds appear on your statement in 5 to 10 business days (depending on your bank).

5. Exceptions

We may decline refunds in clear cases of abuse, for example, repeated buy-and-refund patterns or attempts to circumvent paid features.
