Terms of Service

Using Wrapped means you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Ziora Labs LTD.

Wrapped is a weekly thematic digest of the discourse in your niches, delivered as a swipe deck on iOS and Android plus a Monday email companion. It is not a news service, not a feed, and not a chat product. We curate; we do not replace the source publishers.

You must be at least 16 to use Wrapped. You agree to provide accurate information at sign-up, to keep your account credentials secure, and to notify us at security@wrapped.hive.spot if you suspect unauthorised access.

Pro is $4 / month or $38 / year. Credit packs are one-time purchases ($2 for 5 credits, $8 for 25, $25 for 100). Pro subscriptions auto-renew at the current price until you cancel. Cancellation stops future billing immediately and keeps Pro active until the end of the current period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Wrapped's curated content (cards, theme summaries, weekly arcs) is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use while your account is active. Source material, discourse, articles, podcasts, remains the property of its publishers and is attributed accordingly.

Free-tier wraps include at most one sponsored card per deck, always labelled with a "Sponsored" chip. Sponsored cards are selected by niche, never by your personal data, advertisers never see who you are. Pro wraps have no sponsored cards.

The Wrapped name, wordmark, design system, and curation pipeline are owned by Ziora Labs LTD. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your account for abuse, fraud, repeated payment failure, or material breach of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time from Preferences → Account → Delete account or by emailing support@wrapped.hive.spot.

Wrapped is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free curation, or that any specific topic will be covered in any given week.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This cap does not affect your statutory consumer rights where they apply.

You agree to indemnify Ziora Labs LTD against claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of third-party rights through your use of Wrapped.

We will email you at least 30 days before any material change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. EU and UK consumers retain the protections of their local consumer-protection laws regardless of this clause.

We aim to resolve disputes informally first, please email legal@wrapped.hive.spot. Unresolved disputes proceed to arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, except where consumer law requires access to your local courts.
